Disunie Market Policy
To support dealers and agents in conducting terminal display and brand promotion, DISUNIE provides supporting material resources.
>Based on the product order amount, customers can receive a proportional material selection quota to purchase supporting materials such as brochures, shopping bags, display stands, display cabinets, etc., listed in the DISUNIE Material List.

| Material Selection and Quota Usage | Quota Generation Time: After the customer pays the deposit for the product order, they may select materials. Materials can be shipped together with the products after full payment of the order is completed. Material Selection Process: Customers should contact their sales representative and select required materials from the DISUNIE Material List. The material price list uses unified pricing; all customers purchase at the same price. Quota Accumulation: Customers can accumulate multiple unused quotas under the same account. However, the total validity period starts from the quota generation date of the earliest order. |
| Customized Material Policy | Eligibility: If a customer cannot find suitable options in the DISUNIE Material List, they may apply for custom-made new materials (e.g., special-sized display stands, special-edition brochures, custom shopping bags, etc.) based on actual needs. Minimum Order Quantity: All customized materials must meet the minimum order quantity requirements. Specific MOQs will be provided by DISUNIE according to material type and production process. Payment Settlement: The total price of customized materials (per quotation) can be first deducted from the customer’s available material quota, using the corresponding customer level ratio (1%/2%/3%). If the total price of customized materials exceeds the available quota, the customer must pay the difference at the quoted price.If the total price is lower than the available quota, the remaining quota can still be used to purchase standard materials from the DISUNIE Material List. | Quota Validity Period | 1.Valid for 6 months from the shipment date of the corresponding product order. 2. Quota Expiration: Any unused material quota will be automatically cleared upon expiration. We will not provide compensation or extensions. 3. Level Change: If a customer’s level changes (e.g., upgrading from Series Agent to Brand Agent), we will recalculate any remaining quota according to the new policy. However, the validity period will not exceed the original term. |
| Shipping Instructions | Freight costs for material delivery shall be borne by the customer. |
| Other Terms | 1. Quota Usage Restrictions: Material selection quotas cannot be used to purchase non-catalogue items or deducted from product payments. 2. Inventory Risk: Some materials (such as display cabinets and large display stands) may have inventory fluctuations.We recommend booking in advance. If materials are out of stock and cannot be delivered as scheduled, DISUNIE will proactively contact the customer to discuss alternatives or arrange delivery postponement. |
